Secure Document Shredding

RPJ (partnered with our fully waste management compliant shredding partner) are now able to offer a secure shredding service in and around the Harlow, Essex area.

 

The process

Securely Shredded Documents

  1. We send you some of our strong sacks/ties to fill up with paperwork for shredding (or if you have the paperwork already boxed, we can collect these).
  2. You fill up the sacks and contact us for a suitable collection date.
  3. We collect the sacks from your office/home and bring to our secure site in Harlow.
  4. Our approved shredding partner collects the sacks from us, and transports them to their dedicated shredding facility near by.

We receive a certificate of secure destruction, confirming that the paperwork has been destroyed – this lists the description you provide of the paperwork (e.g. “Accounts Documentation 2006-2009”). A copy is provided FOC upon request.

  • £50 + VAT for a volume of up to 10 sacks or bankers sized boxes.
  • £5 + VAT per sack or box for any above 10
  • Discount available for volumes of 30 + sacks or boxes

 

Pricing includes delivery of sacks and collection from the following areas: Harlow, Old Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Bishops Stortford, Epping, Nazeing, Roydon and all other areas within a 10 mile radius of Harlow. Nationwide collection available (for an additional charge).
